On-site Installation and Technical Support
Basic Piping and Structure Installation
Pipe Connection and Laying:
All pipes are laid according to the designed slope (for drainage and maintenance) and securely fixed to the structural foundation using stainless steel brackets or clamps to prevent vibration.
Equipment Foundation Placement and Fixing:
For fountains on lakes and rivers, the equipment should be fixed to pontoons for easy lifting and long-term maintenance.
Equipment Installation and Precise Positioning
Water Pump and Electromechanical Equipment Installation:
The submersible pump is lowered into the pump pit using lifting equipment, ensuring it is vertical and stable. Connect the outlet pipe and valves.
Precise Positioning and Installation of Nozzles:
Ensure that the angle, height, and direction of each nozzle (straight jet, jumping jet, air blast nozzle) are absolutely precise.
Use PTFE tape or anaerobic sealant to seal the threaded connections.
Lighting Installation and Wiring:
Install the underwater lights below or to the side of the nozzles, ensuring reliable connection of waterproof connectors.
The light cables should be routed through a dedicated waterproof junction box and protective conduit to prevent them from being exposed at the bottom of the water and being stepped on or damaged by aging.
Fountain Commissioning and Music Programming
Equipment debugging
Fine-tuning of Water Effects
Manually activate each nozzle and fine-tune the nozzle angle to ensure precise water jet direction, high verticality, and full water shape.
Test the movement speed and range of oscillating and rotating nozzles to ensure smooth and controllable motion under program control.
Adjust the water pump operating frequency or valve opening to precisely match the required water column height for different scenarios, ensuring a rapid response to changes in water patterns.
Color and Synchronization Debugging of the Lighting System
Color correction: Conduct lighting debugging at night, uniformly adjusting the white balance and color saturation of RGB lights.
Lighting effect testing: Test lighting effects such as flashing, fading, and jumping to ensure complete synchronization with the control signal.
Music Choreography
Professional Fountain Control Software:
Visual Programming Interface: The software interface typically displays a multi-track timeline, similar to audio or video editing software. Operators define device actions by inserting “event blocks” or setting “keyframes.”
Hardware MA Console:
Powerful DMX512 Processing Capability: Features a massive number of DMX output universes, perfectly controlling moving head lights, laser projectors, and complex RGBW/RGBA underwater lighting fixtures.
Includes a rich library of built-in effects, allowing for the rapid generation of complex lighting dynamic effects such as rainbow chases, flashing, and circular motion of moving head lights. These effects can be directly synchronized with the music rhythm, greatly improving the efficiency and visual impact of the lighting design.
Data exchange with the main control software is achieved through MIDI, SMPTE timecode, or Art-Net protocol. This ensures that fountain movements and lighting effects work together on a unified timeline, achieving true integrated control of sound, light, and water effects.
