The pipeline is the core of the dry sprinkler system, serving as a water distribution network. Since the dry sprinklers are completely underground, this main pipe with numerous interfaces is needed to synchronously supply water to the evenly distributed nozzles, ensuring consistent water pressure across all nozzles.
We select seamless 304/316L food-grade stainless steel pipes, and precisely position the branch interfaces. Welded joints utilize argon arc welding with PT penetration testing to prevent issues such as water outlet misalignment and poor installation compatibility. For corrosion protection, all pipes undergo electrochemical passivation to form a passivation film. During transportation, we use double-protective packaging—pearl cotton and stretch film—to prevent damage during transport.
This is a unit test of the dry fountain system. After the test is completed, we will begin mass production of the remaining equipment to complete the manufacturing of the entire system. The main tests include water patterns and lighting effects. We will also communicate with the client and work on improvement plans.
