Comprehensive After-Sales Service
12-Month Free Warranty (including labor and parts):
During the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement services for any equipment malfunctions not caused by human error, force majeure, or normal wear and tear (excluding consumables such as seals, light bulbs, fuses, etc.).
The service covers all contracted equipment, including water pumps, nozzles, lighting fixtures, control cabinets, inverters, sensors, and special effects equipment.
Fast On-Site Support (depending on project location):
Depending on the project’s geographical location, we commit to dispatching professionally qualified engineers to the project site within 48 to 72 hours to troubleshoot and repair the equipment if the problem cannot be resolved remotely.
Regular Preventive Visits and Inspections:
During the warranty period, we provide at least two (biannual) free on-site inspection services.
Equipment operating status monitoring and data recording.
Electrical connection point tightening and insulation inspection.
Preliminary cleaning guidance for water pumps, filtration systems, and nozzles.
Control program backup and system health assessment.
Lifetime free technical support
Free Technical Consulting:
We provide permanent telephone and online remote technical consulting services to answer customer questions regarding usage, maintenance, water quality management, and program adjustments.
Remote Diagnosis and Software Maintenance:
For control systems with remote networking capabilities, we provide lifetime free remote online diagnosis, minor software version upgrades, and program fine-tuning services.
Discounted Spare Parts and Repair Services:
After the warranty period, only the cost of replacement parts will be charged; on-site repair services will only incur reasonable travel and labor costs.
Annual Maintenance Service Contract (Optional Service):
Before the end of the warranty period, customers can sign a customized annual maintenance contract to continue regular preventive maintenance services, ensuring the system remains in optimal operating condition year-round.
