The fountain piping system is responsible for conveying pressurized water—pumped from the source—to the various nozzles, thereby ensuring the stability of both water column height and flow rate. A pipe diameter that is too small increases hydraulic resistance, resulting in insufficient pressure at the nozzles; conversely, a diameter that is too large leads to material waste and increased costs. Given that the pipes remain submerged for extended periods, substandard materials are prone to rusting and scaling—conditions that not only compromise water quality but can also lead to nozzle blockages.
Floating pontoons serve as carriers for the fountain equipment, providing a platform to secure components such as nozzles, lighting fixtures, and pumps. This arrangement allows the equipment to float or remain suspended, obviating the need for direct installation on the lakebed and thereby facilitating easier maintenance.
Furthermore, these pontoons enhance installation flexibility, making them particularly well-suited for environments characterized by fluctuating water levels—such as artificial lakes and river channels—by significantly reducing the complexities associated with underwater construction.

3. Gas-Effect Nozzles
As gas flows through the storage tank, the air tubing rapidly inflates the air bladder. When the specialized CNC valve for air-blast effects is electrically actuated to open, it rapidly expels the water from the reservoir through a universal nozzle, accompanied by a distinct “bang”—achieving a discharge rate of 20 bursts per second. This specialized CNC valve for air-blast fountains can be computer-controlled to create dynamic effects such as running fountains and jumping jets.
4. Flame-Effect Nozzles
Burners are classified into two types: oscillating oil-spray and jet-type. Professional installers are responsible for installing the main unit, oil supply lines, valves, and other accessories; conducting pressure tests on the piping; and purging any residual moisture from the lines before commissioning the system for operation.
5. Digital Swinging Nozzles
This device utilizes a specialized precision mechanism to accurately convert digital pulse signals—generated by a control system—into the oscillation, rotation, or angular deflection of a nozzle mounted upon it. Both the angle of motion and the speed are subject to digital control by the system, offering the advantages of high output torque, fully digital control, and precise movement. It is primarily employed in musical fountains to create dynamic water-based artistic formations.
6. CNC Water Curtain Nozzles
By rapidly opening and closing electromagnetic valves, the activation of each individual nozzle is controlled, causing water droplets to fall either continuously or intermittently to form a variety of patterns.

1. Waterproof Colored Light
This product features a 304 stainless steel housing, a high-transmittance tempered glass lens, and an anti-aging silicone sealing ring; furthermore, it utilizes an epoxy resin potting process to achieve an IP68-rated level of waterproof protection. Its standard beam angle is 30° (with 25° and 40° options also available), and it supports a variety of monochromatic light colors—including red, yellow, green, blue, white, and warm white—while also offering multi-color changing modes. Boasting an ultra-long service life of up to 50,000 hours, the product supports four distinct control modes: standalone control, built-in multi-color control, external multi-color control, and DMX512 control. The product comes standard with a 1-meter waterproof cable and a stainless steel mounting bracket, ensuring stable operation within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +45°C.

2. Centrally Controlled Colored Lights
The central aperture is designed to accommodate a fountain nozzle, thereby enhancing the overall lighting effect. Typically, it is synchronized with a motor and nozzle assembly to execute dynamic movements.
Supporting RGB color-changing modes, the unit utilizes high-quality LED light sources with an exceptional lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. The product features a robust 304 stainless steel housing (with 316L stainless steel or custom powder-coating options available for seawater environments), and is equipped with high-transmittance tempered glass and anti-aging silicone seals to achieve a professional IP68 waterproof rating. It supports a variety of control methods—including single-color control, internal RGB control, external RGB control, and DMX512—and operates stably within a working temperature range of -40°C to +45°C.
3. LED Strip Lights
LED linear lights are elongated lighting fixtures designed specifically for water features such as fountains and pools. By creating uniform bands of light, they enhance the visual definition of the water’s contours, making them ideally suited for water features with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Furthermore, these linear lights can be assembled to form linear screens capable of displaying patterns underwater.
